Ecocycle Planning Toolkit

The operating environment within which we work is changing and becoming more complicated. To ensure organizational success and long-term sustainability, within this context, it’s critical that organizations engage in ongoing reflection and intentional, flexible planning. To support this need, the OODP has developed a toolkit focused on Ecocycle Planning which is a planning framework that builds on naturally occurring cycles recognizing that periodic, natural processes of change within an organization are critical to success and long-term sustainability.
